2nd & 3rd Shifts Mon - Fri Charlestown, MA
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am
Plenty of OT & holiday pay available; (most are averaging 50 hrs/week)

This is a full‑production industrial mechanic role.
This is NOT a handyman, HVAC or residential mechanic position. Please – Only apply if you meet the minimum requirements.
Why This Role Matters: Join a nationwide leader in recycling and waste solutions. You’ll keep the plant’s heavy production equipment—conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, sorters—running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
What You’ll Do- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic production machinery
- Perform PM’s and installations to prevent downtime
- Work independently or with a team to keep production on schedule
- Use maintenance software to document work orders
- 5+ years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience in production environments
- Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with large conveyors (24”+) and replacing/lacing belts
- Knowledge of 480V 3‑phase motors
- Experience with telehandlers, forklifts, and loaders
- Own basic tools (socket sets, wrenches, cordless drill, grinder, multimeter)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic Welding knowledge
(Not required – but a plus: Hoisting license/ skills. Schedule 160 Pipe welding is a plus)
Pay & Benefits- $28–$50/hour depending on experience
- Plenty of OT & holiday pay available; (most are averaging 50 hrs/week)
