Specialty Control Room Operator / MA 2nd Class Engineer License
The Specialty Control Room Operator leads and directs employees under his direction and reports results to shift supervisor. This position is responsible for monitoring the status of all facility systems on a continual basis. He will respond to alarms by taking appropriate corrective actions, execute plant shutdown and start‑up procedures, and ensure that the facility meets its generating requirements while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner.
Requirements: MA 2nd Class Engineer License. Must be able to work overtime as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays with minimum notice.
Compensation and benefits: $49.50 hourly rate plus time and a half for hours exceeding 40. Benefits include medical, prescription drug, vision and dental plans, 401(k) matching plan, paid parental leave, paid time off, and paid holidays.
