Job SummaryThis role is responsible for orchestrating the weekly and monthly production schedules for various build programs to ensure successful product development and low‑rate production. You will act as the central point of contact, bridging supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing to guarantee all necessary resources are available for each build campaign. The position demands adaptability and proactive problem‑solving in a dynamic, fast‑paced prototyping environment with high part variety.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage weekly/monthly production schedules from engineering requirements to floor execution.
- Oversee the clear‑to‑build process by verifying material, tooling, and labor readiness.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material delivery and proactively address supply risks.
- Balance production capacity against demand across multiple, complex projects.
- Track production performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Proven experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across supply chain, engineering, and operations.
- Strong adaptability and problem‑solving in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in rapid prototyping and low‑rate production environments, particularly within hardware development, is required.
