This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment, develop valuable technical skills, and play an important role in producing high-quality architectural millwork and custom wood products.
For experienced candidates, this role offers the opportunity to apply programming expertise, improve manufacturing efficiency, and take ownership of CNC operations. For motivated entry-level candidates, we provide hands‑on training and a clear path for advancement.
What You’ll Do- Operate horizontal CNC machining centers and panel saw equipment.
- Load and unload sheet goods and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Verify product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Read production documents, cut lists, and shop drawings.
- Label, organize, and stage finished components.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and daily inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with material handling and general production operations.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Experienced CNC professionals will have opportunities to:
- Program and optimize CNC operations.
- Utilize WoodWOP & similar CNC software.
- Improve machine efficiencies and production workflows.
- Assist in troubleshooting and process improvements.
- Mentor and support developing operators.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our manufacturing operation.
If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn, we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in woodworking, manufacturing, construction, or machine operation is helpful but not required.
Qualifications- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- CNC experience preferred but not required.
- WoodWOP experience is highly desirable.
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available).
- Ability to lift materials weighing 15-100 Ibs.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a woodworking manufacturing environment.
