Pay Range: $28-$40/hr based on skills and experience

Advantage Technical is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician, on behalf of our client, for a manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact production uptime.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-based control systems
• Perform twice-per-shift rounds on compressors, chillers, pumps, silos, and extrusion equipment
• Install and set up barrels and screws on extruders
• Complete welding, fabrication, and capital project work
• Execute preventative maintenance
• Identify and eliminate root causes of unscheduled downtime

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting proficiency
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with safety procedures
• HS Diploma/GED required; technical degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
