Join a fast-paced production team and keep communication moving! CoWorx is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Insert Operator to support our high-volume production environment in Boston, MA. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and ensuring quality output, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable and team-driven setting.
Schedule:
3 PM – 11 PM Monday – Friday Consistent weekday schedule — weekends off!
- Set up, operate, and adjust automated inserting machines to meet order specifications.
- Insert printed materials such as letters, brochures, and booklets into envelopes or folders.
- Monitor machine output to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, including jams or misfeeds.
- Perform routine adjustments and basic maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support additional production tasks as needed.
- Experience operating insert machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
