CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators in the Boston, MA area. No previous printing experience is required – we provide on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
As a machine operator, you’ll help produce high-quality printed materials by operating and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Learn to set up and operate burr and strapping equipment used in the finishing process.
• Follow job instructions and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with equipment setup.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Desired Background/

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the work area.

Other Information:

First and second shifts available. Overtime available during peak periods.
