Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team in the biotech industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a college degree who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in biotechnology and advanced manufacturing.

In this role, you will work within a Class 7 cleanroom to manufacture silicone microfluidic devices using precision casting techniques. While previous cleanroom or biotech experience is beneficial, it is not required - full training will be provided. We're looking for someone who is reliable, able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enjoys working on small, precision components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture silicone microfluidic devices using casting processes within a Class 7 cleanroom.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
  • Handle delicate micro-scale components with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.

What We're Looking For

  • An interest in biotechnology or life sciences.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with small, precision devices.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work consistently to a high standard.
  • Reliable, dedicated, and eager to learn.
  • Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not essential - all necessary training will be provided.
  • Must be US Citizen (no sponsorship / visa / C2C available)

What We Offer

  • Part-time hours with flexibility.
  • Full training and ongoing support.
  • Opportunity to gain experience in an innovative biotech environment.
  • A collaborative team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

If you're looking to develop your skills in biotechnology and enjoy working in a highly precise manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
