Nex Gen Steel in Boston is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our new manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role emphasizing safe, efficient, high-quality production and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will supervise 15+ staff, plan daily production schedules, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with Engineering, Shipping, Purchasing, and Leadership to meet customer deadlines.
