Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Boston, MA [Onsite]
Industry Background:Ability to define, design, and deliver manufacturing processes for complex assembly products — from conceptual phase through full production scale-up.
Strong command of PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), time studies, line balancing, and P-FMEA.
Capable of analyzing product designs and providing actionable DFM recommendations.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and its application in manufacturing.
Capable of writing technical specifications and managing vendors through full equipment commissioning.
Strong understanding of operational metrics — OEE, MTTR, MTBF, cycle time, throughput, yield, etc.
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing principles.
