General Matter is building a new manufacturing facility in the United States and seeks a Production Manager to design, stand up, and run the operation with CNC machining and lathe work at the core. You will shape the facility layout, drive daily production execution, deploy a machinist team, and establish quality and scheduling systems.
You will lead CNC machining and lathe operations, oversee tool strategy and capacity planning, and ensure output, first-pass quality, and on-time delivery.
