General Matter is standing up a new manufacturing facility and seeks a hands-on Machine Shop Manager to own the floor. You will run day-to-day machining, fabrication, and CNC production, translating the schedule into completed parts while leading machinists, operators, fabricators, and CNC programmers.
This role is a hands-on leadership position focusing on machine utilization, on-time completion, and scrap reduction, with occasional on-machine work to keep parts moving.
