* We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented  
** Production Technicians
** to support operations on the  
** Blade Assembly Machine** . This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, prioritize safety, and are committed to producing quality products.

** What You'll Do*
* As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

+ Loading blades into production equipment

+ Monitoring machine operations and production flow

+ Scooping and handling finished product

+ Performing block inspections and quality checks

+ Maintaining a clean and organized work area

+ Following safety, quality, and production procedures

+ Supporting continuous production goals and uptime expectations

+ Working collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets

** Schedule*
* + 12-hour shifts

+ Two paid 15-minute breaks

+ One unpaid 30-minute lunch

+ Structural overtime is required as part of the established shift schedule

** Required Qualifications*
* + Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Ability to understand and communicate in English

** Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)*
* Associates are required to wear:

+ Steel-toe/safety shoes (must provide your own)

+ Safety glasses

+ Ear plugs

+ Gloves

+ Face mask (when required)

Safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, and masks will be provided. Associates are expected to bring their assigned safety glasses and gloves to work each day.
