Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking an Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System Specialist in the South Boston area. This full-time role focuses on strengthening the ITM System maturity, driving continuous improvement, and coaching cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
You will partner with factory leadership, lead Kaizen events, and coach teams to translate strategy into daily management and measurable improvements in a manufacturing environment.
