Color Copy Center Boston is seeking a Print Production Associate to support daily operations in our print shop. This hands‑on role covers bindery and finishing work, equipment operation, and general shop upkeep.
Responsibilities- Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and binding machines
- Assist with print production workflow — collating, trimming, packaging finished jobs
- Perform general store maintenance (equipment upkeep, supply organization, cleanliness)
- Handle outgoing mail and shipping preparation
- Occasional local deliveries (valid driver’s license may be required)
- Support front‑of‑house tasks as needed during busy periods
- Prior print shop, bindery, or production experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable operating cutting and finishing equipment (training provided)
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver’s license a plus
