CMM Programmer

As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a skilled CMM Programmer to join and play a key role in ensuring the precision, accuracy and reliability of inspection processes for complex medical device components.

As a CMM Programmer, you'll be responsible for developing and optimising inspection programmes for highly engineered, tight-tolerance components. Working closely with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams, you'll help solve complex measurement challenges, improve inspection capability and support the successful introduction of new products into production.

This role would suit someone who enjoys technical problem solving, working with advanced technologies and having a visible impact on product quality and manufacturing performance.

• Experience developing or maintaining CMM programmes within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Calypso, Hexagon or similar CMM software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional metrology principles.
• Experience inspecting complex components with challenging geometries and tight tolerances.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
