To strengthen our team, we are looking for aIE/PP Specialist L1 in our plant in [[location]].

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering
  , Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ensure a Line balancing activities in the serial projects.
• Production concept development in the new projects
• Ensure the industrialization of technical changes in terms of documentation and specification.
• Define the investment requirement and validate the need for P3 equipment and P3 capacity.
• Ensure the start-up of new projects and New model years.
• Ensure good plant communication with PTC and CSC.
