The role

As our Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping the marketing team scale high-performing marketing programs through excellent execution and operational support. This is an ideal position for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn by doing—working across webinars, events, campaigns, social media, and web content to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

You’ll bring organization, energy, and attention to detail to a fast-paced, startup environment where no two days look the same. Whether you’re scheduling a webinar, updating our website, or tracking campaign performance in Asana, your work will be essential to keeping our go-to-market engine firing on all cylinders.

This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, dependable, and excited to grow in the world of B2B SaaS marketing—especially in a mission-driven company at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and regulated software. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, iteration, and impact.

About you

You’re at your best when marking programs are still taking shape, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to unstructured situations. Whether it’s webinars, paid campaigns, or content launches, you’re comfortable with shifting priorities and care deeply about driving measurable marketing results. No task is too big or too small.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working cross-functionally, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving as you go.

If you’re looking to grow your career in demand generation and help scale a fast-moving marketing team, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule Linked In posts for the company and executive profiles, monitor engagement, and align with broader marketing campaign efforts
  • Support webinars and events through managing logistics, email campaigns, slide prep, team coordination, and post-production video editing
  • Keep marketing campaigns on track by managing timelines, updating Asana tasks, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Maintain and update website content, support SEO improvements, and ensure new marketing content is published quickly
  • Organize marketing performance data to help the team evaluate results and optimize future campaigns

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Fast and hungry learner with the ability to understand complex concepts
  • Highly organized and able to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines effectively
  • Local to Boston

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Exposure to science or technology fields like biology, chemistry, computer science, or engineering
