What is this role?

As the Performance Media Manager at Cirkul, you will support the strategy and execution of paid media across key social and programmatic platforms, with a strong focus on social commerce and conversion-driven growth. This role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition and revenue through Meta, Tik Tok (including Tik Tok Shop), You Tube, and programmatic channels, while partnering closely with Creative and Content teams to produce platform-native, on‑trend ads that convert.

You will play a critical role in evolving Cirkul’s social commerce strategy and turning content into shoppable, high‑performing media.

What does an average day look like? Driving Results:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok (including Tik Tok Shop), You Tube, and programmatic platforms to drive conversions, revenue, and subscription growth.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, and LTV.
Taking Ownership:
  • Own the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, from briefing creative and selecting formats (UGC, creator‑led ads, short‑form video, shoppable units) through launch, testing, optimization, and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Build structured testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and shop experiences.
Making Decisions:
  • Use performance data to make daily optimization decisions across creative rotation, audience targeting, bid strategies, and spend allocation.
  • Identify scaling opportunities within high‑performing platforms and formats, especially within Tik Tok Shop and social‑first purchase paths.
Cultivating Relationships:
  • Partner closely with Creative, Content, Influencer, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams to ensure ads are platform‑native, culturally relevant, and aligned with current trends.
Instilling Trust:
  • Deliver clear, consistent performance reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Communicate learnings around platform trends, creative effectiveness, and social commerce performance with transparency and accuracy.
Customer Focus:
  • Champion the customer journey across social platforms by ensuring ads and shop experiences are seamless, engaging, and conversion‑focused.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging social commerce behaviors to keep Cirkul competitive and relevant.
What background should you have?
  • 5–6 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social and performance media for a DTC or consumer brand
  • Deep experience with Meta and Tik Tok, including Tik Tok Shop and shoppable ad formats
  • Working knowledge of You Tube performance media and programmatic advertising
  • Proven ability to scale conversion‑driven campaigns and optimize toward ROAS, CAC, CPA, and LTV
  • Experience working closely with creative, content, and influencer teams to develop high‑performing, platform‑native ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience in subscription, social commerce, or e‑commerce‑driven businesses strongly preferred

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
