Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our innovative team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and sales to develop compelling messaging and product narratives that resonate with customers and stakeholders alike.

• Develop and execute product communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather information about product features and benefits.
• Create, edit, and distribute communication materials such as press releases, product fact sheets, and presentations.
• Manage social media campaigns to promote new product launches and updates, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing reports and insights to improve future initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product communication, marketing, or a related role, preferably in a technology or consumer goods industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
