We're seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to blend strategy development with a focus on hands‑on execution, owning marketing output and driving cross‑functional coordination required to move the business forward.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and drive an annual content development roadmap, aligning initiatives to company growth priorities and execution timelines.
  • Lead a wide spectrum of brand communications, internal and through third parties, with a focus on hands‑on execution to ensure company shows up with impact.
  • Develop and execute external communication planning and manage media relations to strengthen the company’s voice, while protecting and enhancing reputation.
  • Ghostwrite or edit executive articles and industry insights to strengthen the company’s position as an expert in its field.
  • Regularly communicate goals, progress, risks, and resource needs to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Elevate and own corporate messaging and positioning to ensure a consistent, world‑class brand perception.
  • Lead the hands‑on creation of technical copywriting, social media updates, blog posts, and multimedia assets that communicates value proposition across different markets.
  • Standardize and refine all customer‑facing materials, including global selling collateral and sales tools.
  • Build and maintain a modular “Master Pitch Deck” that can be customized for different industries and contexts.
  • Collect and integrate customer testimonials and case studies into presentations to provide social proof.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Technical teams to translate technical data and complex materials into commercial‑friendly content.
  • Support the end‑to‑end look and feel of trade show presence, ensuring high‑quality, professional execution.
  • Work with technical team to ensure all technical demonstrators and physical booth materials are professional, polished, and presented to a “best‑in‑class” standard.
  • Identify and secure placements on the right platforms, podcasts, and advertising campaign approaches to raise awareness among key decision‑makers.
  • Support initiatives such as website refresh/redesign, SEO/GEO strategy, and targeted digital advertising to support top‑of‑funnel growth.
  • Identify required internal and external resources and coordinate execution of deliverables, acting as the point of contact as needed.
  • Take clear ownership of outcomes, proactively identifies gaps, sets direction, and mobilizes others.
  • Manage both coordination responsibilities along with hands‑on content creation and execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, the Strategic Growth Office and Technical teams to understand and communicate value propositions.
Background Profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of corporate marketing or communications experience, with a proven track record in B2B strategy and collateral development.
  • Strong examples of customer‑facing collateral, outward brand images and videos, and external placements – demonstrating experience and success in a similar role.
  • Experience creating technical marketing content; proficiency in managing social media, SEO/GEO, and multimedia production (video/short‑form content).
  • Experience identifying and managing third‑party resources, such as web developers and PR agencies.
  • Ability to translate complex data into commercial‑friendly content and compelling technical marketing materials.
  • Strong, demonstrable ability to generate high quality content across multiple media (static, video, audio) for distinct platforms (website, social, advertising, collateral) and for different audiences (industry, investor, customer, tastemaker).
  • Maintain high standards for delivery across all content, events, and campaigns.
