Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Communications Manager to support multi‑channel communication initiatives for global product launches and key projects within the Hospital business. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to develop engaging marketing materials, manage vendor relationships, and uphold brand standards across all channels.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing communications across digital, print, trade shows, webinars, and more.
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines.
- Manage projects, budgets, timelines, and agency partners.
- Support national sales meetings with planning, communication, and onsite coordination.
- Collaborate with global teams on web content, digital tools (e.g., Hub Spot, DAM systems), and process improvements.
- Track KPIs and recommend enhancements to communication strategies.
- Partner with teams across time zones and regions in a global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing communications experience.
- Agency or vendor management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Stakeholder and project management experience.
- Copywriting/proofreading skills.
- Smartsheet experience.
- Hub Spot (or similar platform) experience.
- Brandfolder (or similar DAM) experience.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
Note:
Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
