*** based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.
Under the guidance of the Director of Beverage Innovation, you will be responsible for identifying new product growth opportunities, uncovering key consumer insights and category gaps, and defining the best strategies to bring breakthrough ideas to market. You will lead cross-functional teams from early ideation through launch. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong CPG innovation or marketing experience, and a desire to play a pivotal role in transformational beverage innovation.
** A Day in the Life...
*** Partner with the Director of Beverage Innovation to craft a compelling innovation strategy and multi-year pipeline across the shelf-stable juice category and emerging beverage categories and platforms.
* Lead the commercialization of innovation—from market assessment through product development—including positioning, design, and activation for new product launches.
* Develop business objectives and marketing plans to drive awareness, trial, and repeat for innovation platforms.
* Lead feasibility validation, project execution, customer sell-in, and performance tracking; collaborate with customer business teams to develop and execute innovation plans.
* Work closely with sales partners to understand customer strategies and integrate them into brand and business plans.
* Manage monthly volume forecasts, collaborating with demand and supply planning to ensure best-in-class accuracy; oversee brand budgets, including A&P for assigned products.

*** 4+ years of experience in innovation or marketing, preferably within CPG (food/beverage).

Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI preferred.

** Annual Salary:**$116,300 - $159,940
