We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead downstream marketing strategy and execution across a healthcare portfolio. This role is responsible for driving commercial growth through strong HCP engagement, market insights, and launch excellence, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead North America downstream marketing strategy and execution
- Manage and develop an HCP-focused marketing team
- Drive engagement with key opinion leaders, advisory boards, speaker programs, and congresses
- Deliver market intelligence including competitive insights, trends, and growth drivers
- Lead product launch planning, execution, and post-launch performance tracking
- Partner with global teams on positioning, messaging, campaigns, and customer insights
- Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and market assessments
- 10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences (biotech, pharma, medical products, or related)
- Proven experience in product commercialization and product launches
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
