Moreabout the role & team
We are looking for a North America Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of regional marketing activity across the North American market. This role is focused on executing campaigns, events and webinars that support sales priorities and contribute to demand generation and pipeline growth.
Working closely with Sales and central marketing teams, you will translate commercial priorities into practical, high‑quality marketing activity. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership — from shaping campaign ideas through to execution, follow‑up and review — and offers the opportunity to help strengthen how marketing supports the business in a strategically important region.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed? You’ll bring experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise software marketing to investment management clients, along with the ability to deliver marketing activity end‑to‑end.
Key requirements include:- Experience planning and delivering regional marketing campaigns, webinars and events
- A demand‑generation mindset, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports lead creation and pipeline
- Confidence working closely with Sales stakeholders to agree priorities and support sales‑led initiatives
- Experience managing multiple initiatives at different stages of delivery
- Comfort working with agencies and central marketing functions to deliver campaigns and digital activity
- Experience marketing to the investment management market
We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy owning delivery, taking initiative and making practical improvements.
What do we offer?Confluence offers generous benefit packages for team members. As a growing, global organization, we are always looking for ways to ensure that our employees can access benefits that matter to them and their families. This includes:
- Generous Time Off packages including additional half days with each public holiday in your location.
- Global Career Development opportunities
- Social Events
- Referral Bonus scheme – Upto $3,000 per successful referral
- Plus many more!
This role follows a hybrid working model and is based in Boston. You’ll typically spend one to two days per week in the office, with flexibility depending on business needs. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing colleagues is central to the role, and candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a distributed, cross‑functional team.
The wider culture offers a good level of flexibility and trust, alongside a clear expectation of accountability, engagement and delivery.
