A Brief Overview

The OneASICS Activations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive development of the ASICS loyalty program, OneASICS. This position will execute and coordinate integrated marketing activations that bring the OneASICS brand experience to life across all touchpoints while ensuring consistent brand messaging and seamless activation delivery across Performance Run, Core Performance Sports, Lifestyle, and emerging categories. The position will facilitate day-to-day communications with both internal and external partners to ensure alignment across key KPIs, brand strategies, and overall tonality of the OneASICS program.

Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, this role will focus on the strategic execution of the OneASICS loyalty program, emphasizing member growth and retention within the North American market. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the entire Marketing team and external departments such as Merchandising, Buying, Planning & Allocation, Retail, various Global teams, and ASICS Digital to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on loyalty project goals and deliverables, and regional-specific campaign storytelling.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in strategizing and developing the commercial model for the OneASICS loyalty program, while actively monitoring audience growth and retention rates. Optimize loyalty program workflows and processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning process for loyalty partnerships, including vendor management with existing partners and the exploration of new collaborations. Ensure the effective execution and quality assurance of marketing partner benefits in partnership with merchandising teams and ASICS digital.
  • Manage the promotional planning process for loyalty initiatives across all key cross-functional teams. Delegate action items and create workback schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Analyze membership KPIs and forecast targets and assist in the buildout of new reporting resources. Execute projects and adapt strategies based on business needs, including forecast pace, budget tracking, and product sell-through rates.
  • Assist in campaign and content calendaring and planning, vendor management, detailed program analysis across various CRM/retail/event loyalty touchpoints.
  • Manage the coordination and execution of all race-related benefits for our CRM and OneASICS audience in partnership with Race Roster, Runkeeper, and ADI/Jebbit teams.
  • Serve as a key representative at select on-site events where OneASICS is promoted, engaging directly with potential and existing customers. Some travel is required.

How You'll Be Successful
  • Experience and proficiency using Consumer Data Platforms, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau (or similar reporting tools).
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in strategic and operational marketing with the ability to drive innovation.
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple concurrent activation projects simultaneously, coordinate complex timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining quality standards across all initiatives.
  • Proven skills in managing vendor relationships, coordinating with agencies, overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring deliverable quality, and maintaining productive partnerships with external activation resources.
  • Strong communication skills to serve as liaison between all cross functional teams, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications or combination of education, work experience, and training preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, loyalty marketing or experiential marketing required.
  • 2-3 years Proficiency with Consumer Data Platforms preferred.
