A leading DTC brand in Boston is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Manager to drive the end-to-end customer journey across channels. You will own email, SMS, and direct mail strategies, transforming them into high-performing lifecycle engines. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of CRM experience, a proven record of driving retention and LTV growth, and the ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency.

This role requires in-office work up to four days a week.
