Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Brand Manager, Innovation. We’re a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since.
Position Location: We’re flexible. This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote.

Responsibilities- Under the guidance of the Director of Beverage Innovation, identify new product growth opportunities, uncover key consumer insights and category gaps, and define strategies to bring breakthrough ideas to market.
- Lead cross-functional teams from early ideation through launch.
- Partner with the Director of Beverage Innovation to craft a compelling innovation strategy and multi-year pipeline across the shelf-stable juice category and emerging beverage categories and platforms.
- Lead the commercialization of innovation—from market assessment through product development—including positioning, design, and activation for new product launches.
- Develop business objectives and marketing plans to drive awareness, trial, and repeat for innovation platforms.
- Lead feasibility validation, project execution, customer sell-in, and performance tracking; collaborate with customer business teams to develop and execute innovation plans.
- Work closely with sales partners to understand customer strategies and integrate them into brand and business plans.
- Manage monthly volume forecasts, collaborating with demand and supply planning to ensure best-in-class accuracy; oversee brand budgets, including A&P for assigned products.
- 4+ years of experience in innovation or marketing, preferably within CPG (food/beverage).
- A creative thinker inspired by what’s possible, skilled at bringing ideas to life in ways that drive business results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to identify growth opportunities through renovation or innovation. Experience with Nielsen and/or IRI preferred.
- A collaborative leader with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams from platform ideation to launch.

- Highly motivated and dedicated, with a natural inclination to contribute beyond your functional role and promote team engagement.
- Ability to multitask and work with agility, switching seamlessly from business planning and P&L creation one day to consumer research the next.
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail; keeps leadership informed with timely and accurate updates on project progress.
- A relationship-builder who values transparency, respect, and collaboration; fosters strong partnerships across teams.
- Bachelor’s or University Degree (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience
$116,300 - $159,940
