Marketing Manager to $120K - Craft Compelling Narratives for Award-Winning Architecture!

Our client, an established architecture firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive proposal development, marketing communications, and brand-elevating initiatives. This role leads the creation of high-impact qualifications packages, presentation materials, and digital content in partnership with senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

• Lead end-to-end proposal and qualifications development; coordinate inputs from principals and cross-functional partners; oversee quality control and consistency across submissions; maintain pursuit and project information.
• Create and refine interview materials such as presentations and handouts; manage updates to website content and imagery; steer social media efforts to support visibility and engagement.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the AEC industry; excellent writing, editing, and layout skills.
• Strong Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint design capabilities; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and team members.
