Influencer & Paid Media Specialist
Our client is seeking an Influencer & Paid Media Specialist to support influencer marketing and paid social media initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of social media platforms, creator partnerships, influencer marketing strategies, and content operations.
The successful candidate will help execute influencer campaigns from creator sourcing through content delivery, ensuring all assets are reviewed, approved, tracked, and delivered accurately across social and paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships
• Identify, research, and recommend creators across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and emerging social platforms.
• Support influencer campaigns from creator selection through content delivery and campaign completion.
• Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, brand alignment, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor creator trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
Content Review & Quality Assurance
• Review influencer content to ensure compliance with campaign briefs, brand standards, FTC guidelines, and platform best practices.
• Coordinate content revisions and approvals between creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage content approval workflows and maintain asset status tracking across multiple campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand expectations prior to launch.
Tik Tok One Platform Management
• Serve as the primary administrator for Tik Tok One creator workflows.
• Manage creator submissions, content sourcing, communications, and campaign organization within the platform.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and campaign documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and platform utilization.
Paid Media & Content Trafficking
• Coordinate influencer content delivery across Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube advertising platforms.
• Partner with Paid Media and Social Media teams to ensure assets are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in the proper format.
• Track content usage rights, licensing agreements, and campaign deliverables.
• Support paid amplification efforts through organized asset management and documentation.
Reporting & Program Operations
• Maintain campaign trackers, creator databases, and process documentation.
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance analysis, and recap presentations.
• Support gifting initiatives, product seeding programs, and creator logistics.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability across influencer marketing programs.
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and current creator economy trends.
• Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and creator management tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience reviewing social media content and providing feedback to creators.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working for a consumer brand, marketing agency, or influencer marketing organization.
• Knowledge of creator analytics, social media reporting, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising workflows.
• Understanding of influencer licensing, content rights, and usage agreements.
• Passion for social media, digital culture, and emerging creator trends.
• Pet industry interest or pet ownership preferred.
