In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.
Bevi is looking for a Manager, Commercialization who will partner with the Director, Commercialization to execute Bevi's commercial agenda. The ideal candidate brings CPG or commercialization experience, exceptional communication skills, and the kind of detail-oriented execution that turns commercial strategy into in-market reality. This is a chance to own meaningful scope inside a function being built from the ground up.
Your Day to Day:
NPI Commercialization- Own GTM execution for select NPI programs with oversight from the Director of Commercialization
- Develop launch sell-in strategies, channel-specific positioning, and commercial readiness packages in partnership with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales
- Partner with the Product team to ensure commercial requirements are reflected upstream in development decisions
- Track NPI timelines and flag commercial readiness risks — assets, pricing communications, partner sequencing — to the Director ahead of launch dates
- Build and execute commercial strategies for for select Bevi's sales channels
- Develop channel-specific Partner programs, initiatives, and commercial calendar
- Serve as the Commercialization point of contact for the select Sales teams
- Support commercial prep for major Sales events and trade shows by managing samples, coordinating meeting calendars, and supporting deck creation
- Help build pre-event sell-in playbooks and post-event reviews
- Assist in authoring the quarterly 'Voice of Channel' brief — collecting Sales and Partner signal various sales teams synthesizing it into a structured report for Product, Product Marketing, and Leadership
- Support the Director in maintaining the structured field intelligence cadence across all channels
- Help with portfolio risk inputs, pricing decision support, and Partner program execution as directed
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in commercialization, channel marketing, trade marketing, sales operations, or product marketing — preferably in CPG, beverage, or B2B
- Experience supporting new product commercialization processes (Stage Gate, launch planning, sell-in story development)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel-based commercial modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills — comfortable building decks for Sales, Partners, and executive audiences
- Detail-oriented project execution; ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills — this function lives on cross-functional trust
- Fluency and comfortability in utilizing AI in day to day work, while recognizing you are still responsible for the end product
- Preferred: prior CPG Commercialization, Trade Marketing, or Channel Marketing experience;
Food Service / OOH / AFH channel experience; beverage industry background
Pay Range $127,500 — $157,500 USD
