* About the Role:

** We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on
** VP Marketing
** to lead our global marketing efforts and drive the company’s growth across the US and international markets. This is a key executive role, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy to support business objectives, accelerate pipeline generation, and strengthen our brand positioning in the global cybersecurity ecosystem.#### Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on the US market, to drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth.
* Lead and mentor a talented team of 5 marketing professionals across multiple disciplines
* Build and manage a robust marketing pipeline, working closely with the sales teams in the US, EMEA, and ANZ to ensure tight alignment and measurable impact on business outcomes.
* Oversee all aspects of demand generation, brand positioning, content strategy, and partner marketing, with a data-driven approach to optimize performance.
* Manage strategic relationships with Gartner and other industry analysts to strengthen market visibility and credibility.
* Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and expand reach into target verticals.
* Work closely with the executive team, CEO, and Board of Directors to report on marketing performance, strategic initiatives, and growth metrics.
* Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process, ensuring resources are aligned with company objectives and ROI targets.#### Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
* Proven success in driving marketing strategy and pipeline growth in the US market.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
* Excellent understanding of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and performance measurement.
* Experience working closely with sales organizations across multiple regions.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities and a data-driven mindset.
