Role overview

We are seeing rapid innovation in our mission to partner with automotive dealers—and we're looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to help market and grow our portfolio of products, from core offerings to innovative new launches. This is a unique opportunity to span both the Dealer Product Marketing and Performance Marketing teams, supporting initiatives that drive acquisition, product adoption, and retention.

You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Account Management to turn strategy into action and keep customer satisfaction at the core of everything we do.

This job is a good fit for someone who is curious, energized by fast-moving environments, and eager to build full-stack marketing skills—from product storytelling to performance execution. You're a proactive doer who loves owning the details, thrives on collaboration, and wants to grow quickly on a low-ego, high-impact team. No automotive experience necessary.

What you’ll do
  • Go-to-market support — Support launches and adoption efforts for dealer products, features, and programs in partnership with Product, Sales, and Account Management.
  • Campaign planning — Turn business goals into targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Customer insights — Use dealer feedback, segmentation, and performance data to help inform messaging, campaign recommendations, and execution.
  • Positioning and messaging — Support product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value and reflects dealer needs.
  • Campaign execution — Coordinate and execute campaigns across channels to deliver a consistent customer experience and support business goals.
  • Sales enablement — Create and maintain collateral, pitch decks, and other materials that help Sales communicate product value to dealers.
  • Performance optimization — Track results through reporting, testing, and analysis, and apply learnings to improve future campaigns.
  • Cross-functional execution — Stay organized across multiple priorities, collaborate closely with partners, and help turn strategy into action.
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech, marketplace, or other fast-paced growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive business performance.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset. Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Looker/Omni, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging, copy, and creative.
  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience and/or ability to use AI agents to optimize workflows.
