Media Coordinator

The Role

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in launching paid media campaigns, analyzing results, and making data‑driven decisions to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Our hands‑on Medley:

Onramp training program will teach you everything you need to know about platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Tik Tok, plus the strategies that make them work.

• Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across top platforms. Learn how to target audiences, A/B test ad copy, and measure success using metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA.
• Develop the ability to interpret complex data and share insights that matter in reports or client conversations, telling a clear story with numbers.
• Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics, using formulas and functions to uncover trends, solve problems, and deliver results.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Have a passion for marketing and advertising, along with a desire to dig deeper into what makes good advertising great.
• Possess a solid working knowledge of spreadsheets (basic functions and at least one advanced formula).
• Enjoy working with data, numbers, rates and interpreting their impact on clients and campaigns.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Have shown leadership experience, e.g., captained a team, led a student organization, or completed group projects.
• Have a drive to keep learning and growing, asking “what’s next?”

Base salary range: $58,000 - $62,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligible for the annual bonus plan based on company performance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, pet insurance;
