About the RoleAs our Sales & Marketing Coordinator
, you'll help bring the EL NACHO brand to life across retail, digital, and experiential channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales support, and field execution—perfect for someone who loves wearing many hats, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow within a high-energy startup.
You'll collaborate closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners to support retailer programs, manage social presence, and execute community and field marketing initiatives. If you're scrappy, creative, and excited about building something from the ground up, this role is for you.
What You'll DoSales Support
- Partner with the sales team on promo planning, retailer launches, and account needs
- Maintain an organized library of sales assets, product information, and marketing materials
- Assist with CRM updates, data pulls, and light sales operations tasks
Marketing & Creative
- Design compelling sell sheets, pitch decks, sales one-pagers, and promotional materials
- Support shopper marketing programs including in-store signage, demos, and retail collateral
- Manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and emerging platforms
- Assist with content creation (photo/video, UGC coordination, influencer outreach)
Field & Trade Marketing
- Plan and execute field events, pop-ups, samplings, and brand activations
- Support trade shows, distributor shows, and industry events from planning to on-site execution
- Coordinate product shipments, samples, and event logistics
- Track performance, gather feedback, and support post-event reporting

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in social media, marketing, or sales support (CPG experience a plus)
