Social Media Manager (Former Athletes and Veterans

We are looking for a creative powerhouse to build one of the most recognizable brands in sports and youth development from the ground floor up. In this hybrid Boston role, you will lead the social strategy for a rapidly scaling, category-defining sports technology marketplace that connects elite collegiate and professional athletes with the next generation. This isn't a standard corporate gig;

you will work directly with the founding team and hundreds of pro athletes to build viral content, launch massive ambassador programs, and drive explosive community growth across all major platforms. You bring a deep understanding of internet culture, elite video editing chops, and a passion for sports storytelling. • Develop and ruthlessly execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and X to drive massive follower growth.
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) and eye-catching graphics, paired with highly engaging copy.
• Work directly with collegiate and professional athletes to coordinate viral social campaigns and launch high-impact ambassador programs.
• Engage daily with the community- including athletes, parents, and sports organizations to identify internet trends before they hit the mainstream.
• Leverage analytics to track reach, engagement, and conversion to app downloads, constantly optimizing to make every piece of content highly shareable.

• 1+ years of experience managing social media as a creator with a personal audience, or for a consumer brand, startup, sports company, or agency.
• Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and graphic design abilities (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Deep, tactical understanding of how to hack growth and drive engagement across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and X.
• Deep passion for sports and internet culture; being a former collegiate athlete or having a strong network within the NIL/sports creator community is a massive advantage.
• A self-starter mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong desire to build something meaningful alongside the executive team.
