Orchard is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid digital channels with a 7-figure budget and drive growth and efficiency. You will lead campaigns across Paid Search and Social, run ad tests, and collaborate with creative teams and AI tools to test new formats.
The role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days in the NYC office or remote in supported states, including MA. Strong analytics and testing mindset required.
