Senior Manager - Head of GTM
- Go to Marketing for North America - This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate can translate strategy into execution, build scalable processes, and bring structure and accountability to a fast moving growth environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead execution of the North American GTM strategy and quarterly growth initiatives
• Partner with sales to strengthen enablement, account-based marketing, and pipeline development
• Own marketing operations, CRM, automation, reporting, and data quality
• Manage integrated campaigns, events, digital content, and the GTM roadmap
• Build dashboards and track KPIs across lead generation, conversion, pipeline, and ROI
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technology into compelling customer messaging

What We're Looking For

• 7 to 10+ years in B2B marketing, GTM operations, revenue operations, or commercial execution
• Experience in deep tech, enterprise technology, quantum, semiconductors, scientific instrumentation, hardware, or complex SaaS
• Strong hands-on experience with Hub Spot and marketing automation, with Apollo, Airtable, and Webflow experience preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and lead management
• Experience in a high growth startup or scale up environment
• Highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands on execution
