Media Coordinator

Boston Ballet seeks a Media Coordinator to support the planning, creation, and distribution of digital content that elevates our performances, school, and community programs. In this role, you will manage social media calendars, coordinate photo and video shoots, update website and email content, and ensure brand consistency across channels. You will track analytics, prepare performance reports, and help optimize campaigns to grow audience engagement and ticket sales.

Working closely with marketing, artistic, and education teams, you will capture compelling stories that reflect our artistic excellence and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content calendars for performances and programs
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with internal teams and external vendors
• Publish and update content across website, email, and digital platforms
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all media
