Aboutthe role
Skedda is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline generation from our target account list. Working closely with our Outbound team, you’ll take a leadership role in building Skedda’s program to identify and engage with target accounts. A core part of the Workplace Marketing team, you’ll report to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing and serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and Outbound Sales.
We’relooking for someone who can blend experiential creativity with a pipeline-driving mindset – running the kind of programs that get remembered and book meetings, from an ICP-filled suite at an NBA game, to a webinar people actually clear their calendar for, to a gift they can't stop talking about. Anoteonscope:
This is primarily a target-account and pipeline role, not an inbound channel role. SEO, paid, CRO, and lifecycle email live with other members of the marketing team - you'll partner with them when an account strategy calls for it, but you won't own the channels.
What you’ll ownOverall:
Driving Pipeline from our target accounts. You’ll own a pipeline number tied to deals sourced from target accounts, working alongside our outbound team on account selection, mapping the buying committee, sequencing, and program development. Everything below is a mechanism for getting there. You’ll decide which to use and how to mix them.
- AnABM engine you build from scratch. This is the role for a builder, who will develop and own Skedda’s marketing strategy for engaging with Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts - likely on a one-to-few and one-to-many level, using intent signals (via tools like Common Room) to identify and reach out when an account is in-market.
- Gifting. Run creative gifting campaigns that build mindshare and drive pipeline. This is a place to take big swings: how might we send something unexpected and delightful, they'll tell their dentist (and book a meeting)?
- Experiential events. Around 2-3 strategic, small-scale events per quarter like booked suites at NBA and MLB games. You’ll own the full program, from strategy to venue booking to supporting Outbound on list building, invites, and follow-up.
- Webinars. Own the demand engine behind our webinar program, including promotion, registration, outbound team support, and reporting. Partner with Product Marketing on product webinars and Content Marketing on thought leadership webinars.
- Segment and vertical messaging. You’ll work with product marketing to determine the right positioning for each segment and build the necessary assets.
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, ABM or B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of owning a pipeline number.
- Direct experience working alongside a sales or outbound team, building or contributing to account selection, sequencing, and reporting.
- A creative, results‑focused marketer who’s equally comfortable dreaming up a delightful gifting campaign as coordinating an invite‑only hibachi dinner.
- Direct experience (or strong willingness) with planning and executing events and/or webinars, owning the budget, timelines, and coordination end‑to‑end.
- An exceptionally organized communicator who can juggle multiple programs and stakeholders at once without missing a timeline or an email.
- A data‑confident marketer who can analyze their own results and partner with Rev Ops to build the reports that show how their programs contribute to pipeline and revenue.
- Tech stack experience (nice to have, not required):
Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot, and working knowledge of intent platforms like Common Room. - A team player who makes others better through support and collaboration - someone…
