• 5-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably in private markets or related fields
• Proven ability to develop high-quality marketing content and sales collateral
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and content development tools
• Ability to translate complex investment ideas into impactful messaging and materials
• High level of initiative, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and confident in leading discussions

• Experience with product launches and go-to-market campaigns
• Knowledge of private equity or infrastructure funds
• Experience supporting investor communications, webcasts, or events
• Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degrees a plus)
• 5-8 years of professional experience in financial services, with a focus on product marketing or strategy
• Previous experience supporting fund launches or capital raising efforts

• Willingness to work primarily in Lincoln with 3+ days on-site, with flexible remote options
• No sponsorship or visa support required
• Ability to support and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment
