Account ExecutiveAn ideal candidate is organized, ambitious, and passionate. The Account Executive (AE) is a self-starting team member who manages multiple aspects of day-to-day client work across multiple accounts. At Racepoint, you will drive media relations, think creatively, and proactively bring solutions to your teams and clients while working independently to consistently deliver quality results and build trusting relationships with your clients.
SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and tell stories to engage and connect with key audiences and stakeholders.
- Discern underlying patterns and meaning across a range of client challenges, including news outlets.
- Create content for social, blog, and various channels, confidently translating complex subject matter into digestible, impactful communications.
- Communicate complex issues to others.
- Communicate effectively across paid, earned and owned channels.
- Continue strengthening relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
- Apply critical thinking to interpret data and trends to help organizations to accomplish their communication goals.
- Generate ideas for media outreach and pitch efforts.
- Are self-driven, organized, proactive, and possess strong time management skills.
- Have strong written and oral communications skills.
- Consistently meet deadlines, pay close attention to detail, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver the highest quality work.
- Have the ability to take ownership of projects and execute effectively.
- Embrace autonomy and accountability.

. This role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days per week in-office and/or in-person opportunities for team collaboration, industry or networking events, and client or new business meetings. These expectations may evolve over time.
