Communications Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Communications Coordinator to support digital and print communications initiatives. This role will develop and write content, assist with social media, and help maintain website content.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour
Assignment Type: Temporary

The Communications Coordinator will develop and write digital and print content while assisting with social media management and website updates. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience creating content for digital platforms, and an understanding of social media communications.

• Research and write copy for external communications channels, including print and digital newsletters, social media, and the website
• Take photos and record videos for social media content
• Post and maintain social media and website content
• Assist with other communications projects and initiatives as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of experience in strategic communications and content management
• Previous experience writing social media and web content required
• Strong written communication and content development skills
• Comfortable taking photos and recording video for digital content
• Demonstrates strong digital competencies and the ability to effectively use a broad range of digital technologies
