This role will also be responsible for supporting the digital platforms and resources agents rely on to do their jobs, maintaining content and ensuring information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, the Digital Communications Coordinator will serve as the primary point person for select business partners, managing their day-to-day communications needs and helping advance key priorities. They will also establish and maintain email best practices, conduct competitive analysis, and use performance data to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend opportunities to optimize how we engage with agents.

Responsibilities:
Email Production & Analysis (60%)
  • Build and format email campaigns from creative briefs and approved copy, incorporating layout, design elements, links, personalization, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage email quality assurance, scheduling, and deployment, ensuring accuracy, functionality, brand consistency, proper rendering, and list accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance across key metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to inform and optimize future communications.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization efforts, documenting results and applying learnings to improve email performance and engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Execution (15%)
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Plymouth Rock’s agent-facing Linked In and Facebook pages, developing and publishing content aligned with the content calendar, brand voice, and social media strategy.
  • Monitor social channels and manage messages and comments, responding or routing inquiries as needed.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, identifying trends and opportunities to inform future content and strategy.
  • Co-manage the social media platform available to agents, maintaining content, troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and identifying opportunities to drive engagement.
Content Management (10%)
  • Manage content across agent-facing platforms, including the Plymouth Rock Marketing Hub, ensuring resources are accurate, relevant, and up to date while identifying opportunities to increase engagement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including FAQs, sell sheets, brochures, and fact sheets, in partnership with key stakeholders.
Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support (10%)
  • Serve as the primary point person for select business partners, managing day-to-day needs and supporting key priorities and initiatives.
  • Own defined projects from strategy through execution and analysis, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables while evaluating results and key learnings.
Competitive Analysis & Best Practices (5%)
  • Conduct competitive analysis, monitoring how competitors engage with agents and translating findings into actionable recommendations for the broader team.
  • Serve as the team’s point person for digital communications best practices, maintaining internal guidance and the communications style guide to promote consistency across channels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; internship or academic project experience in email marketing or social media is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience
