We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Public Relations team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator!
What You Will Do- Manage the hotel's social media channels and create engaging content that drives audience engagement.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content calendars.
- Maintain the hotel's website, mobile app presence, and email database.
- Create and distribute e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots and host media visits and press tours.
- Support special events, marketing projects, and on-property collateral.
- Serve as a Four Seasons brand ambassador and stay ahead of digital trends.
- Degree in Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements- Minimum three years of experience in luxury hospitality or a related industry.
- Photography, videography, and social media content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative, ambitious, and tech-savvy with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
