Thursday, October 1, 2026, 7:30am - 4pm
Prep:
Short orientation 1 week and again 2 days before the event
Attire: all black
The requirementsYou keep the booth busy and welcoming, run our spin activation, and drive traffic to the booth.
You will:- Greet attendees warmly all day and invite them to spin our prize wheel.
- Capture key details cleanly: name, agency, role, what they are trying to do, and any upcoming need.
- Hold conversations with buyers, represent Blueprint credibly, and capture the leads that matter.
- Run the wheel, hand out giveaways, and keep the prize table stocked and tidy.
- Read the wheel prompt, spark a quick answer, and hand engaged visitors to the onsite manager
- Invite visitors to add a card to our growth wall and keep the display fresh.
- Track giveaway counts and flag when stock runs low.
outgoing, high energy, and comfortable approaching strangers all day. Retail, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
