Samuels & Associates is one of Boston's most recognized real estate developers and property managers, known for creating dynamic mixed-use destinations that define the city's urban culture. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to touch every facet of modern marketing: from capturing social content on-site and staffing activations to keeping team operations running seamlessly.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations, administration, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the Samuels & Associates portfolio, including The Fenway, Lyrik Back Bay, S&A Collection residential properties, and corporate marketing. This is an entry-level role, ideally suited for someone 1–3 years into their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation across marketing, communications, and creative functions.

The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager, Communications and the broader marketing team, gaining hands-on exposure to campaign reporting, event and content coordination, vendor and budget administration, and residential marketing support- with room to grow into a more strategic marketing role over time.

  • Execute and organize legal contracts, ensuring documents are properly filed and tracked
  • Support invoicing and budget tracking for the Marketing department

  • Monitor Google Reviews and flag response needs to the relevant property GM in line with team response-time standards (4 stars or below within 48 hours; 5 stars within 4 days); property GMs hold ultimate accountability for their asset's reputation management
What You Bring
