Jr. Marketing Specialist
- Paid Media

We are currently seeking candidates for a Jr. Marketing Specialist
- Paid Media opportunity at a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. The Jr. Marketing Specialist
- Paid Media will be responsible for assisting with the setup, trafficking, and day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns, maintaining campaign documentation and supporting with paid search activities. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a related role, including internships or placements.

This is a 12+ month contract role paying between $30-$38/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model out of their office in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, trafficking, and day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across digital display, native, video, paid social, and search.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, ensuring creative assets, copy, URLs, UTMs, tracking requirements, specifications, and deadlines are accurate and up to date.
  • Support with paid search activities, including keyword and ad updates, routine campaign checks, data collection, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, social, analytics, publishing, compliance, agencies, and media partners to gather assets and ensure campaigns launch on time.
  • Support meeting coordination, follow-ups, and tracking of outstanding deliverables and action items.
  • Implement and validate tracking tags and UTMs in partnership with Analytics, and perform quality checks on creative, approvals, platform requirements, and ad variations.
  • Compile performance reports, monitor campaign delivery, identify issues, and escalating tracking, delivery, or quality concerns as needed.
  • Comply with established compliance and workflow processes while identifying opportunities to improve campaign execution.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a related role, including internships or placements.
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in an agency, media, advertising operations, or account-support environment is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with advertising analytics, numbers and marketing technology, with an interest in developing digital media expertise.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, analytics, compliance, and external partner teams.
  • Ability to investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with paid search, paid social, digital display, campaign tracking, analytics, or project management tools.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as financial services, and coordinating across media, creative, analytics, compliance, or external partners preferred.
