Junior Communications Assistant

Aurelius Consulting Group is expanding its Boston team and looking for a Junior Communications Assistant to support client campaigns through direct, face-to-face customer engagement.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build experience in communications, marketing, and customer engagement. You'll work at retail and event locations across the Boston area, representing client campaigns, speaking with customers, and helping create positive interactions that generate interest and new customer acquisitions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations
• Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
• Answer questions and identify customer interest
• Support sales and new customer acquisitions
• Work with the team to achieve campaign goals
• Build practical skills across communications, marketing, and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and is ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You may have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or another people-facing role, but we're also open to candidates earlier in their careers who demonstrate confidence, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Boston involving regular face-to-face interaction with customers at retail and event locations. It is not remote or hybrid.
