Job Description General

Summary:

The Commercial Training Associate Director will be part of the Global Commercial Excellence team and contribute to the development of a marketing competency model, overall marketing excellence, change management initiatives, and innovation.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drives the organizational adoption of the Marketing Competency Model Leads the communication plan and channels in the roll out Works with and influences senior commercial leaders to ensure a consistent message and usage

Establishes metrics for what a successful adoption of the competency model entails both globally and locally

Works with Learning and Development business partners to ensure the competency model is included in all relevant HR tools and systems

Contributes to the launch and development of the Marketing Excellence Establishes metrics for what a successful marketing university entails

Gathers necessary needs analysis to establish training needs for the future for all levels of proficiency as per the competency model

Owns the design and development of certain eModule developments and instructor led training courses

Contributes to the practice of marketing innovation

Collaborates with internal thought leader teams and external vendors to establish marketing best practices and translate this into actionable initiatives for the marketing organization

Knowledge and

Skills:

Expertise in driving systemic change and innovation across a large, matrixed organization, with limited guidance or supervisionA proven track record of driving results through strong partnership with other functions and geographiesA track record of inspiring individuals to become open to change, designing and providing effective tools as needed to lead the individuals through the change process

Extensive experience within the commercial function, the pharmaceutical marketing function and marketing

Experience in successfully executing tactics that align to the right marketing mix and coordination of tactical plans to maximize the impact of the strategies

Track record in understanding, developing, aligning and monitoring the components of a product strategy, directly or indirectly

Experience developing metrics and KPIs for programs and tactical initiatives

Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, navigate the organization and influence individuals at all levels

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required

Typically requires 5 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range:$157,000 - $235,600

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
